211 Washington Ave N.

This rear entrance and deck project was completed in a historic district. Photographs were taken by Todd Haferman, the architect was Tom Barbeau, engineered by Arne Grant and all iron work by Midwest Wrought Iron personnel.

Lower Staircase

The lower staircase connects the parking lot to the basement entrance of a commercial space. It replaces a treated lumber structure that held water, bugs and dirt. The new stair is ironwood on tube steel and will last forever.

The Decks

This project has three decks: ground level, second floor and third floor. The decks are ironwood on tube steel. The posts are 6-inch square tubes and the rails are custom. The second and third level decks were installed in a single day. The ground level deck elevation matches a connecting deck to the garage.

Security Gate

This custom security gate was made to receive customer specified hardware with parts made with our plasma table. The three iron trellis supports extend out from a sheer connection to the garage wall.
